I had such a wonderful stay in Chicago! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, which made me feel right at home. The house itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly didn’t do it justice. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, creating a cozy and beautiful space that felt both stylish and welcoming.
The location was perfect for exploring the city, and coming back to such a peaceful and charming home at the end of the day was a treat. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago. This was such a memorable experience!

It was not easy to find the right place to stay, but I am very happy to know I chose the right one. Parking situation was easy, and the apartment itself is secure and safe :). The apartment was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was spotless, and the living room was very spacious. Thank you for a great a place to stay!

Richard is a kind host who wants to make sure that his guests have the most positive experience possible. The renovations he has done make the unit both beautiful and comfortable. The historical Bronzeville neighborhood has a lot to offer and is in proximity to many other areas of interest. The unit & the location suited our family’s needs and we enjoyed our stay very much!
Overall, it was a fabulous stay. We are planning to come back again soon.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Richard’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
We were a group and we all collectively LOVED the house. It’s beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. Neighborhood is quiet and parking was very easy to find. Thank you Richard we enjoyed our stay ❤️

Richard was an incredible host. This was the first time staying in this part of Chicago with my colleague for a tradeshow for close to a week. It was a lovely stay - the place was spotless, safe with several locks, and great neighbors. It was across the street from Bronzeville Marianos, with plenty of towels, blankets, and other cozy amenities. I can't speak more highly about staying at Richard's properties. Thank you again!

Rich's place not only is stunning with an incredible amount of detailed design elements but also warm and inviting from the cozy furniture and beds to the fireplaces, it was perfect for our group holiday trip. The kitchen also had all of the essentials which made it wonderful for us especially, and is one block from a great grocery store. Rich was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and felt at home. Great meeting you!

Anytime I’m staying in Chicago, this will be the spot! My friends and I were in Chicago for the Marathon and this location was perfect. Very close to the subway…the start of the marathon was only a 10 minute ride on the train. The Lake Michigan waterfront is close by…a 10 minute jog or 3 minute drive. Shopping, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, etc…were all less than 20 minutes away by car. Our host Richard was incredibly amenable, friendly, and courteous. He made us feel right at home. The place was spotless and larger than what we expected from the pictures. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The neighbours were polite and the street was pretty quiet. Overall we all had such a great experience. This Airbnb gets a 10 out of 10.
