It was not easy to find the right place to stay, but I am very happy to know I chose the right one. Parking situation was easy, and the apartment itself is secure and safe :). The apartment was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was spotless, and the living room was very spacious. Thank you for a great a place to stay!

Richard is a kind host who wants to make sure that his guests have the most positive experience possible. The renovations he has done make the unit both beautiful and comfortable. The historical Bronzeville neighborhood has a lot to offer and is in proximity to many other areas of interest. The unit & the location suited our family’s needs and we enjoyed our stay very much! Overall, it was a fabulous stay. We are planning to come back again soon.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Richard’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
